We represented the American real estate fund Amstar in the acquisition of the tallest apartment building in the European Union designed by Daniel Libeskind from a foreign developer during its ongoing bankruptcy. The transaction also included the renegotiation of the contract for the general contractor of the building and the conclusion of a settlement setting the terms for the conclusion of international arbitration proceedings before the ICC in Paris and before Italian courts.
