We defended mBank against a lawsuit by a group of nearly 1,300 francs supported by the Municipal Ombudsman for Consumer Rights, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the Financial Ombudsman and the Ombudsman, including against the court recognizing credit agreements denominated in foreign currencies as invalid.
